Three varied ski areas to discover!

In Reischach near Bruneck, you will find the Kronplatz ski area – perhaps the most popular in all of South Tyrol. And if you like variety, just drive a few kilometres north and check out the Speikboden and Klausberg ski areas in the Ahrntal. The ski bus takes you everywhere – and to all lift systems – free of charge. Later on, your cosy apartment and a heated storage area for your ski gear await you at home.

It doesn’t get any better than the Kronplatz ski area

Kronplatz is South Tyrol’s no. 1 ski mountain – and for good reason. Its moderately sloping descents are nearly treeless and offer the perfect scenic conditions for ski slopes that leave nothing to be desired. The Kronplatz ski area offers you 119 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes with guaranteed snow in all degrees of difficulty. Its lift systems are state-of-the-art. For children, there is a ski school and many play and care facilities at the mountain. Do you like snowboarding? Then Kronplatz should be your first stop. At its summit (2,275 m), you have a magnificent, 360° panoramic view of the Dolomites.

The Speikboden ski area also features modern lifts, a ski school, and a fun park for snowboarders and freestylers. The slopes here are 38 km long in total – while further north at the Klausberg ski area, another 34 km of runs with guaranteed snow await you. There, the Klausberg Flitzer Alpine Coaster – the longest alpine roller coaster in Italy – rushes by at 1,800 m above sea level. Both ski areas are suitable for both beginners and admitted ski aces.
