A cosy family excursion or an ambitious mountain bike tour? A bike trip from village to village or an extended hut tour? Comfortable forest trails or fast downhill routes? On your mountain biking and cycling holiday in the Ahrntal, you’re free to decide. Our well-developed trail network offers trails for every demand, including single-track or wide routes through the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park. Appealing panoramic tours lead over the Waldner, Tauern, and Göge Alms. There are also other exciting alpine passages. On the valley floor, tours to Sand in Taufers or Bruneck are worthwhile, where you can immediately join a tour of the beautiful old town. If you didn’t bring a bike with you, you can find several rental stations here in the Ahrntal.

On the Pustertal cycle path to Brixen, Innichen, or Lienz

The cycle path leads you from Uttenheim to Bruneck, where the famous Pustertal cycle path begins. At your discretion, you can ride west to Brixen in the Eisacktal or east to Innichen and further on to Lienz in Austria. The fantastic landscape of the Pustertal passes you by as you cross the length of our holiday region on the valley floor. Once you arrive at your destination, you can easily take the train or bus back to your accommodations.
